HOUSE RULES
• No smoking in apartments or laundry room. There will be a $500 fee for smoking inside.
• The units don't have much of a sound barrier, so out of respect to all our guests we have designated quiet hours from 10pm - 6am.
• Don't tamper with the thermostat
• Please report any damages immediately
• Please respect your neighbors
• Please place any dirty dishes in dishwasher
• Throw away trash prior to check out
• Make sure everything is off
• Strip beds and gather towels
• Notify us when you have vacated the premises

• Do not overload machines
• No tinting or dying
• Do not sit on table or machines
• Please clean lint traps after each load
• Please remove clothes promptly
• Pods go in the barrel before the clothes. Do not put pods in the dispenser
• Management is not responsible for loss or damage

PET RELIEF AREA RULES
• Please keep gate closed
• Do not leave animals unattended
• Please clean up after your animal
YARD AND BBQ AREA
• Grill is to be operated by adults only
• Clean the grill after use
• Discard all your trash
• Used charcoal should be placed in ash can
• Green yard area is not to be used for dog relief (no poop no pee)
• Please be courteous with your time if others are waiting to use the grill
